As you advance to Account Executive or enterprise sales roles, typical earnings range from $150-300k, with top performers exceeding $500k annually. Your income depends on your expertise, results, and the size of deals you close.

Do I need technical experience to break in?

Not at all. While having a basic understanding of tech concepts can help, companies prioritize your ability to communicate, solve problems, and build relationships. Many top SaaS sellers begin in non-technical roles like retail or hospitality. With the right foundational knowledge and training, you can succeed.

Can I land an SDR role with zero sales experience?

The short answer is no. For full-time W2 SDR roles in SaaS that pay $50k-$75k+ base with OTE, it’s almost impossible to get in without prior sales experience.

It’s too risky for us and our clients to test the waters with someone who hasn’t done it before. That’s why we teach you how to land multiple freelance SDR projects for $25/hour (~$3k/month) as a 1099 contractor.

This builds your resume and skills, preparing you to transition into full-time W2 SDR roles with a strong base salary, and eventually into AE roles where you can earn $10k/month or more. 1099 contractor roles, you can get in with no experience.

How long does the program last for?

The program length depends on your needs and goals. We offer flexible options, including short-term intensives (2-4 weeks) for quick wins, as well as longer programs (6-12 months) for comprehensive sales training or tailored career development. You can choose the path that fits your timeline and objectives best.

Do you guarantee job placements?

While we can’t guarantee job placement, we do everything possible to set you up for success. This includes providing top-tier training, personalized coaching, and access to a strong network of companies actively seeking qualified sales talent. Ultimately, your success will depend on your commitment, execution, and the application of what you learn.

How is SaaS sales different from high-ticket sales?

SaaS sales provides stability and a real career path, while high-ticket sales often leads to financial instability. Most high-ticket sales reps struggle to make consistent income, with 80% earning below the poverty line. No way. Outsourcing sales is a risky shortcut that can backfire. If your sales agency walks away, so does your pipeline – and your revenue. It also damages your valuation, as buyers see reliance on outsourcing as a sign of weak internal infrastructure. We help you build an internal team you own and control, ensuring stability, scalability, and buyer confidence.

Do you take a percentage of sales?

No we do not. We work on a very simple one-time fee of 25% of the first year hires salary. No percentage of sales, equity, just a one-time recruiting fee.

Do you place beginners or experienced sales people?

It depends on your needs, stage, and budget. Our process works like Tinder for sales hiring—we carefully match you with talent that fits your company’s growth stage and financial capacity. Some clients can afford $150,000+ per year for top-performing AEs with proven experience, while others can't. Regardless, every hire goes through our rigorous training and screening to ensure they’re equipped to succeed in your SaaS company.

Do you manage my sales team?

No, we don’t directly manage your sales team. Our focus is on helping you build a self-sufficient, high-performing sales department that you control. Who handles payroll, taxes & compliance?
